15-Yard
The 15-yard roll-off is the smallest sized dumpster we offer, measuring 14 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet tall. This sized dumpster holds around 5-7 pickup truck loads full of debris, making it ideal for smaller jobs like small home remodels or renovations. It is also perfect for placing on sites with smaller driveways.
20-Yard
The 20-yard roll-off is a good-sized dumpster that can also fit on sites with smaller driveways. This sized dumpster can hold around 7-9 pickup truck loads full of debris. Measuring 14 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet tall, it is ideal for handling debris from shed or small business renovations and large home remodeling or renovation projects.
30-Yard
The 30-yard roll-off is great for holding debris from major construction projects, semi-large home remodeling, large-scale home remodeling, and landscaping. This dumpster measures 21 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet tall. It holds about 10-12 pickup loads full of debris.
40-Yard
The 40-yard roll-off is the biggest sized dumpster we offer. It measures 21 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8 feet tall, and it is able to hold up to around 12-14 pickup truck loads full of debris. It is ideal for large building’s remodeling projects and construction projects. This sized dumpster is reserved exclusively for commercial construction projects.
Rules for renting a roll-off dumpster
When renting one of our roll-off dumpsters, we ask that you keep an eye on the level of debris inside the container and contact us before it piles up past the brim. As soon as we can, we will send a worker out to swap out the full dumpster for an empty one and dispose of the waste inside the full one.
Dumpsters can contain dangerous construction debris when filled. Make sure to be careful when loading debris inside as to not fall into the dumpster and get hurt. Also, make sure children and pets are kept away from the dumpster for the same reason.
Dumpsters are a place for debris, but not all debris is safe to be disposed of in the same dumpster. Never attempt to put hazardous, flammable, or bulky items inside of the roll-off dumpster you are renting. Attempting to do so will result in an added fee, and it could interfere with your dumpster’s swift swap.
Roll-off dumpsters can be loaded by walking debris in through the front door or by lifting it up over the side of the container; however, always remember to distribute the weight inside the dumpster as you load debris. This helps prevent tipping while filled dumpsters are on route to the landfill. We also recommend heavier items be loaded on top of lighter ones when possible to prevent light items from being blown out.

How to ensure a smooth delivery
Hawkeye Roll-Off Dumpster Rental guarantees a smooth delivery of its products right to you! Once your roll-off dumpster and/ or portable toilet has been reserved, our workers will deliver it to the worksite at the agreed upon time. Delivery can be done with as little as a one day’s notice. Renters do not need to be present for when the roll-off rental is delivered, and our workers can give you a call to let you know when the drop-off is done. Don’t hold up your delivery. Make sure to clear off enough of a flat, hard surface ahead of time so workers can set the roll-off dumpster down upon arrival.

Portable Toilets
Our temporary bathroom facilities fit almost anywhere and come in two sizes – standard and ADA handicap compliant.
Each facility has one single non-flushing toilet designed for one user at a time. Additional room for assistance and guard rails are included with our ADA handicap compliant models. All models have a locking door, translucent ceiling for natural lighting, and ventilation vents.
Portable toilets arrive on delivery day sanitized and ready for use. We also include two large rolls of toilet paper and liquid toilet sanitizer in each facility, which will be restocked during service visits.
Our portable toilets are weather resistant and made of impervious materials, which keeps human waste sanitary and contained.

How often are portable toilets serviced?
Portable toilets are typically serviced once a week. During a service visit, workers will pump out any mess inside of the temporary bathroom facility and properly dispose of it elsewhere. Workers will also clean the portable toilets by sanitizing them and restocking them with supplies. Need a portable toilet serviced more often? How many people will be using your portable toilet?
Make sure you reserve the right number of portable toilets. Depending on the work site or event, you may need more than one. Each portable toilet serves around 45 people.
How can I prevent a dumpster fire?
Dumpster fires can cause you unnecessary headache and hassle. Get ahead of a possible fire igniting by reminding workers that they cannot smoke near the roll-off dumpster and they should not throw hazardous and flammable materials into dumpster. Following this simple suggestion can help save you time and money by helping prevent a dumpster fire.
What size dumpster will I need?
Make sure the dumpster you select corresponds with the amount of debris your project will produce. We offer 15-yard, 20-yard, 30-yard, and 40-yard roll-off dumpsters.
How much room do you have for a dumpster?
Make sure your work site is big enough for the roll-off dumpster you are renting. Dumpsters need to have space that is at least the length of the product. Measure your work site ahead of making a dumpster reservation to ensure you have enough space for the sized dumpster you are interested in renting. Our 15-yard and 20-yard roll-off dumpsters need a minimum of a 14- by 8-foot space to fit. Our 30-yard and 40-yard roll-off dumpsters need a minimum of 21- by 8-foot of space to fit. We suggest making sure you have twice that much if you are planning to rent the 40-yard sized roll-off. This will help us when we deliver it off the truck.
Where will your rental product be placed?
Make sure to figure out where your dumpster or portable toilet will be placed before making your reservation. Products must be placed on a hard, flat surface, such as concrete, that has been cleared off of any debris.
